How do I know which model I have?

  • This camera has a unique design with three lens' as shown in the product photo on this page
  • The model number on the back of unit is PC-1929
  • The serial number on the back of the unit contains xxxSA2Cxxxx
  • The model number and serial number may also be found by navigating on the DVR web interface to Settings > Stop-Arm

This is the initial production firmware release

Update Instructions

Automated: Over the Air (OTA) via internet connection

  1. When the DVR powers on it will connect to the internet.
  2. Once connected, the DVR will report the serial number and current firmware version of the camera
  3. If a new version is available, the version information and download link will be sent to the DVR
  4. The DVR will download the firmware to the SD card (or SSD) into a folder called "auto_upgrade"
  5. The next time the camera powers on, it will update its firmware automatically.


Manually: Using an SD card

  1. Plug a SD card into the proper card slot on your PC
  2. Create a new folder named auto_upgrade in the root directory of the SD card
  3. Download the firmware from the link at the top of the page to the "auto_upgrade" folder
  4. Eject the SD card from PC
  5. Plug the SD card into the DVR that needs to be updated
  6. The firmware update will start automatically once the DVR powers on, if DVR is already on, firmware update will start automatically once the card is plugged in
  7. The firmware update will complete and camera will begin using the new version
  8. The version info can be viewed within the DVR web interface on the Settings > Stop-Arm page at the bottom
