How do I know which model I have? The model number on the top of unit is PD-1600. The serial number on the bottom of the unit contains xxxxH9HDxxx. The model number and serial number may be found using the display and navigating to the System menu of the device.

Update Instructions
Using an SD card or USB thumb drive: Plug a SD card into the proper card slot on your PC or connect a USB thumb drive into your PC. Download the firmware from the link at the top of the page and place it in the root directory of the disk. Eject the SD card or USB drive from PC. Plug the SD card or USB drive into the DVR that needs to be updated. Power on the DVR.
